      Two weeks prior to your function, we will require your room set up and other arrangements.

      You will need to sign a letter confirming the date of your event.

      Facility Fees

      The facility is available for rental to members and members who sponsor a guest.  Upon signing a contract agreement, one half of the total cost is due.  Final payment must be submitted 10 days before the
      function. All deposits are non refundable. If a credit card is used for payment, the appropriate credit card fees will be applied. Pricing is based on the space required and availability.

      Food and Beverage
      Upon approval from the General Manager an approved catering company may be on premise.    

      Audio Visual Equipment

      All audio visual equipment used at any function must be approved by Greenville Country Club.

      Cancelations
      Cancelations must be made 24 hours in advance.  Deposits are non-refundable. 

      Liability
      The member who sponsors a non-member event shall assume full financial responsibility for all fees and/or damages to club property. The club cannot assume full responsibility for personal possessions.
